Site Superintendent (Building Construction)

Supervise and control day-to-day site activities across civil and building works, ensuring alignment with drawings and project requirements Lead and coordinate foremen, chargehands, and workforce teams to achieve planned progress and productivity targets Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements Monitor workmanship, quality, and output, ensuring required standards are consistently achieved Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site management to maintain smooth workflow across all activities Oversee proper utilisation of labour, materials, machinery, and equipment on site Support implementation of construction sequencing and daily work planning Identify and address site issues, delays, and coordination gaps in real time Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices across all work fronts Maintain clear and effective communication with both site teams and management Report on daily progress, productivity, and site conditions to the project team
