Project Manager

Assume full accountability for end-to-end delivery of building construction projects, from mobilisation through to testing, commissioning, and handover Lead all site operations, ensuring alignment across programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, maintaining control over execution at all stages Drive adherence to contractual requirements, managing obligations, risks, and project interfaces proactively Establish and maintain baseline programmes, overseeing sequencing, critical path activities, and recovery strategies where required Monitor and control project performance, including productivity, resource allocation, and manpower planning (including histogram development) Oversee implementation and compliance with HSE and QA/QC systems, ensuring standards are consistently met across all work fronts Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies, ensuring buildability and execution readiness Lead coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction functions, ensuring seamless project integration Maintain oversight of commercial performance, supporting cost control, variation management, and claims processes Provide clear and structured project reporting to senior management, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies Act as the primary interface with the client and consultants, ensuring professional representation and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
