Job Description
- Partner closely with product, ux, analytics, and privacy teams to refine requirements, define success metrics, and ensure responsible feature launches.
- Be well versed in Backend and AI technology with great attention to detail, many of the feature launches requires deep understanding of the system, be willing to dig deep and provide technical guidance.
- Execute with extreme urgency and ownership, working in an extreme fast moving environment, it's critical to have a startup mindset to take risks, do quick prototyping, and be resilient to march forward despite challenges.
- Nurture a great team culture, the team is the foundation to deliver our ambitious goals, to ensure that we are executing in a sustainable manner with a nurturing team culture (i.e. helping each other).
