Job Summary
Based in Germany, the Automotive Delivery Specialist Manager is responsible for delivering a seamless, premium experience for high-performance vehicle clients. This role oversees delivery scheduling, coordinates with OEM vehicle preparation teams, and works closely with transport partners to ensure efficient vehicle shipping and handover.
You will act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, workshops, and logistics providers while also leading in-person delivery presentations throughout Germany and Europe.
This position requires a strong combination of mechanical expertise, deep automotive knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, exercises sound judgment and can interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with OEM partners and transport providers to ensure consistent delivery timelines and clear communication with the Concierge team
- Support the planning and execution of vehicle deliveries, including scheduling, transportation, and documentation
- Ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely handover process
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the delivery process
- Deliver a personalized, informative, and high-touch client experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for vehicle tracking, client communication, and post-delivery reporting
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of high-performance vehicles, including systems, capabilities, and maintenance requirements
- Conduct world-class delivery presentations and vehicle orientations
- Clearly explain vehicle features, technology, performance, and care
- Ensure clients are confident operating their vehicle
- Accompany clients on test drives as needed
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including high-net-worth clients
- Lead group presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions with confidence
- Partner with internal teams, OEMs, and logistics providers to ensure delivery excellence
- Identify, report, and resolve delivery-related issues quickly and effectively in coordination with the Concierge team
- Travel within Germany, with occasional trips across the EU and UK
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive, ride-and-drive programs, or motorsports, preferably with high-performance vehicles
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, particularly high-performance vehicles
- Active participation in competitive motorsports or extensive track day experience required
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for high-performance vehicles and automotive culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals and large groups
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and build long-term relationships
- Ability to anticipate and respond to evolving customer needs
- Experience managing logistics and navigating complex delivery challenges
- Confident presenting to groups and delivering structured demonstrations
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
