Job Summary
The Automotive Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless, premium vehicle handover experience for high-performance automotive clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact during delivery, ensuring clients are fully informed, comfortable, and confident in the operation, features, and care of their vehicles.
The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical expertise, deep automotive knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to engage a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals. This position also oversees delivery logistics and ensures every aspect of the handover process is executed to a world-class standard.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, self-motivation, and independent judgment, with travel required across all homologated EU markets.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact during vehicle delivery, providing a personalized and high-touch client experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of high-performance vehicles, including mechanical systems, performance capabilities, and maintenance requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle walkthroughs, clearly explaining features, technology, and performance characteristics; accompany clients on test drives as needed.
- Effectively engage with diverse audiences, including high-net-worth individuals, in a clear, professional, and approachable manner.
- Lead group presentations and product demonstrations, confidently addressing questions and providing expert insight.
- Support the coordination of delivery logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and documentation, to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Partner with concierge and logistics teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Identify, escalate, and/or resolve issues that arise during the delivery process in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and submit post-delivery reports.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive, ride-and-drive programs, or motorsports environments; high-performance vehicle experience preferred.
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, particularly high-performance vehicles.
- Active participation in competitive motorsports is preferred; extensive track day experience is required at minimum.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for high-performance vehicles and the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and large groups.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service, anticipate client needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Experience coordinating logistics and navigating complex delivery challenges.
- Confident public speaker with experience leading group presentations.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment background check.
