Income Auditor
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Audit daily revenue and sales transactions from various departments.
- Verify cash, credit card, bank transfer, and other payment receipts.
- Reconcile daily sales reports with accounting records and system-generated reports.
- Review and verify invoices, receipts, discounts, voids, refunds, and adjustments.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve revenue-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue audit reports.
- Ensure all revenue is recorded accurately and completely.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with operations, front office, sales, food & beverage, and accounting teams to resolve audit findings.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Recommend improvements to revenue control procedures and systems.
Cost Controller
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and maintain project or operational budgets.
- Monitor actual costs against approved budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze cost variances and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Review purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and payment requests for budget compliance.
- Track project progress and evaluate financial performance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and finance departments.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company financial controls and accounting standards.
- Maintain cost control systems and databases.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations and management reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in auditing, accounting, finance, or revenue management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
