Role
The Project Manager will report to the Regional Director of Project Development. Based in our Dubai Corporate Office, you will support the delivery of ultra-luxury hospitality and residential projects from inception to completion

You will manage project workstreams, support day-to-day coordination and reporting, and work closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with Aman’s quality, timeline, and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Development Director in the day-to-day management and delivery of projects from inception through to completion and handover.
- Take ownership and responsibility for specific project workstreams, packages, or delivery scopes as assigned by the Development Director.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Assist in monitoring project schedules, milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on programme.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, action logs, risk registers and progress reports.
- Support the procurement and appointment process for consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
- Review consultant and contractor deliverables to ensure alignment with project briefs, programme and quality standards
- Work closely with Aman Technical Services and design teams to support the implementation of Aman brand standards and design objectives.
- Assist in managing project budgets, variation tracking, cashflow reporting and commercial administration.
- Coordinate tender processes, review submissions and support tender analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in project management or construction management.
- Experience in managing the construction phase of a project is fundamental.
- Experience within luxury hospitality, residential or mixed-use developments preferred.
- Ideally the candidate comes from a PM Consultancy background.
- Relevant university degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or similar discipline.
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes across design, procurement and construction stages.
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Good commercial awareness with understanding of project budgets, procurement and contract administration.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
