Role
Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager, the Front Office Assistant Manager is responsible for the entire Front Office daily Operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in accordance with the Policy and Procedure, Standard Operating Procedures and other guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office
Responsibilities
- Understand and embody Aman Flamework, such as Ambition, Purpose, Brand Pillars,Values and Competencies.
- To ensure that the Brand is protected, to ensure that all business partners and guests are delighted by their on-property experience, in the best traditions of the Aman culture and Flamework.
- Manage the daily activities of Amansantis in the team when the Front Office Manager /Assistant Front Office Manager is absent.
- Maintain department organization, manning and productivity under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager.
- Display a positive and passionate attitude towards the accomplishment of division goals and achievements.
- Full knowledge of stay package and promotions available to guests.
- Manage and maintain Guest History profiles and ensure Guest Recognition, Customer
Delight and Retention on daily bases - Ensure the guest information is properly handled and protected.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years as Front Desk / Reception supervisor in an international luxury hotel.
A four years Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
