As a Retirement Living Coordinator at St David’s Village, step into the role of and become the heartbeat of our community. You will work hand-in-hand with the Retirement Living Manager to ensure seamless operations and unparalleled care for our seniors.
Your Opportunity
The role is an onsite permanent part time role with 30 hours spread across four or five days per week at St David’s Village, Forestville.
With professionalism, attention to detail and strong communication, you will hold:
Previous experience in retirement living, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Masterful organizational skills, with a knack for time management and multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
A basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is highly valued.
Most importantly, a genuine desire to embody Anglicare's Christian Mission and Values and uplift our residents.
What You will Do:
You are highly organized; detail focused and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy problem solving, supporting teams, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will also need to:
Juggle various administrative tasks with finesse, from processing work orders to organizing lively events that keep our village buzzing.
Partner with the Village Manager to spearhead new initiatives that enrich the lives of our residents.
Keep a keen eye on expenses, manage bookings, and provide top-notch support to residents and their families.
Experience in Aged Care and thorough knowledge of accreditation guidelines.
