Maintenance Supervisor

JOB.TITLE, OU.LOCATION, CUSTOM.STATE When you join our team as Maintenance Supervisor , you will be a key contributor to the maintenance of the mill equipment and will be responsible for the supervision of the maintenance crew while providing professional service and ensuring a safe working environment. This role is based on-site at the sawmill located at 211 Old Troy Rd, Monticello, AR 71655. Lead and support the maintenance team through hiring, scheduling, training, performance coaching, and setting clear direction and expectations. Oversee maintenance execution and equipment reliability by ensuring quality work, monitoring mechanical and electrical performance, and driving continuous improvement. Plan and manage maintenance activities and projects using the CMMS to track work orders, parts, maintenance history, and project execution.
