Aftercare Consultant

We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Aftercare Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
You won’t just maintain accounts, you’ll elevate them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow your portfolio of customers (this is your business!)
- Identify upsell opportunities and turn them into real revenue
- Deliver standout service that keeps customers coming back
- Build strong, trusted relationships through regular visits and check-ins
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to smoothly onboard new clients
- Conduct strategic account reviews and stay ahead of customer needs
- Spot risks early and take action to retain accounts
- Use CRM tools to track activity and stay organized
- Create and execute territory plans to hit (and exceed) your targets
- Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor activity
- Keep reporting on track with weekly and quarterly updates
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Experience in the veterinary industry is a big plus
- A track record of building strong customer relationships and growing accounts
- Confidence working toward sales targets and KPIs
- Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (you’ll be on the move!)
