Job Description
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in fixing more than just leaky faucets.
We have an immediate opening for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Landings. If you’re hands‑on, customer‑focused, and bring a positive attitude to every work order, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform preventative and corrective apartment maintenance
- Handle apartment punch work for turns and move‑ins
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Participate in a shared on‑call rotation (required)
What You Bring:
- Minimum of one (1) year of apartment or residential maintenance experience (required)
- On‑call availability (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
- HVAC certification is a plus
