YOUR MISSION
Reporting to: Teamhead Buying B2B eCom & Bodywear
Position Summary:
At PUMA, the Senior Executive – Product (Sportstyle Footwear) drives the creation of trend-led, consumer-first footwear ranges.
Owns key franchises and supports seasonal line planning aligned with global direction and local relevance.
Collaborates cross-functionally to translate insights, culture, and trends into commercially successful products.
Plays a key role in delivering impactful launches, including new concepts and strategic collaborations.
Key Objectives:
Drive seasonal product strategy and line planning for Sportstyle Footwear, aligned with global direction
Own and grow key franchises, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand relevance
Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis into actionable product opportunities
Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing to deliver cohesive and impactful ranges
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle of heat drops—from concept to launch and in-season performance tracking
Identify and execute high-impact collaborations and special projects to elevate brand heat
Monitor sell-through, feedback, and KPIs to continuously optimize product and range decisions

YOUR TALENT
Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
UG/PG from renowned Fashion Institute
1-4 years experience
Keeps a sharp pulse on sneaker culture, fashion trends, and competitive landscape
Basic understanding of footwear construction, range building, and franchise management
Ability to decode consumer needs and translate them into relevant product opportunities
Delivers end-to-end product launches with strong attention to detail and timelines
