YOUR MISSION
Reporting to: Assistant Manager Merchandising Store Allocation SIS
Position Summary: Manage Merchandising and store allocation for FP Stores.
Key Objectives:
Own in‑season trading and performance management, ensuring the right stock is available at the right place and right time to maximize sales achievement.
Partner closely with Visual Merchandising (VM) and Retail Operations to ensure seamless execution of seasonal rollouts in line with commercial plans.
Ensure timely launch of new‑season merchandise, with accurate and on‑schedule distribution to all designated doors as per the allocation plan.
Execute precise replenishment strategies and maintain healthy SKU‑level inventory to minimize lost sales and improve stock efficiency.
Manage RTVs to warehouse and inter‑store stock consolidation to reduce slow‑moving inventory, optimize stock turns, and improve store‑level assortment.
Collaborate with the Buying team to ensure purchases are placed in the right stores / price pockets based on demand forecasting and strategic inputs
Drive weekly and monthly performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and presenting results in sales reviews to enable target achievement.
Continuously refine allocation, replenishment, and system/tool inputs to improve efficiency and move toward an ideal SKU‑level inventory state.

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
Graduate from a reputed institute
2-3 years experience in Retail Merchandising
Strong Communication, presentation and organizational skills
Advance proficiency in excel
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs
High learning agility, open to adopting new tools and technologies.
