Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC project execution, with strong exposure to chillers and VRV systems.
Demonstrated experience delivering turnkey HVAC projects in KSA or GCC markets.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly VRV technologies and central plant solutions.
Solid knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI principles) and execution tools.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
Proven financial acumen with experience in cost control, margin management, and contract administration.
Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills to support site execution and resolve day-to-day project issues.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, submittals, and site activities.
Excellent communication skills for reporting progress, preparing documentation, and supporting meetings.
Good commercial awareness, with understanding of cost implications, material usage, and efficient resource utilization.
Commitment to Quality, Compliance, and HSE standards, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices on site.
