About the Role
This role focuses on supporting the immigration requirements of our clients’ employees. You will ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations while delivering an exceptional client experience. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will work closely with clients, employees, legal teams, government authorities, and other stakeholders to manage immigration processes efficiently and accurately. Your work will be essential in navigating the complexities of global mobility and driving successful outcomes.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Support the immigration team with case preparation and documentation
Assist in communicating with clients and following up on required information
Help maintain case records, data entry, and file organization
Coordinate with internal teams and government offices as needed
Learn and support the application of immigration regulations and processes
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field
Interest in immigration, global mobility, or legal processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines
Detail-oriented and eager to learn
