Carry out training of other employees, according to Company training, work instructions and as per the grading structure.
Work within Company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, material control and maintain high levels of workmanship and cleanliness.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing preventative and corrective measures, working with engineering to introduce new products.
Highly adaptable approach and willing to transition between department to fulfil evolving business needs.
Carry out all reasonable requests from the leadership community.
