Summer School Teachers: Pre-K Teacher(s)

Greenwich Public Schools seeks PreK teacher(s) for its 2026 Summer School program.

• Pre-K classes will be located at New Lebanon Elementary School from July 6 through August 13, Mondays through Thursdays. Pre-K teachers will work 7:45-11:15 a.m., which includes 30 minutes of planning time. An additional preparation day will occur on June 29, 2026.
• Pre-K teachers must be certified in Pre-K and special education (e.g., #112 or #113).
• Compensation for all hours will be at the individual teacher's hourly per diem rate as based on the Agreement between the Greenwich Board of Education and the Greenwich Education Association.
• Positions are dependent on student enrollment.
• Preference will be given to Greenwich Public Schools teachers contracted for the 2026-27 school year, and then to other Greenwich Public Schools benefits-eligible employees.
