OVERVIEW: 
LCWM Secondary is seeking a full-time paraprofessional to work primarily with 6th and 7th-grade students. This position plays a key role in supporting student success. The paraprofessional will assist teachers in the classroom, work with students in small groups or one-on-one, and help supervise students in various settings throughout the school day. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and committed to supporting all students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must have completed at least two years of college coursework or hold an associate’s degree. Experience working with middle school students is helpful. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
