Role Summary

You will be responsible for the Outbound delivery & Return process of Consumer Electronics division throughout Benelux in accordance with Samsung key performance indicators regarding warehousing, distribution & returns to have an optimum cost-efficient distribution and minimum return flow, whereby internal and external customers are satisfied with the delivered performance.

Within the logistics team you will report to the Logistics Manager, and you will be closely working together with two other B2B logistics coordinators (responsible for brown goods and mobile devices).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with warehouse, supply chain management, order desk, sales subsidiaries, 3pl logistics partners

• Focus on white goods operation

• Secure accurate outbound transport

• Prevent and resolve logistics issues while meeting customer requirements

• Analyze processes, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities

• ​Monitor deliveries, IOD/GI control, and direct shipments

• Handle returns/refusals, support claims, and minimize blocked stock

• Provide marketing and promotional support

• Check exceptional costs and support month-end reporting activities;

• Act as back-up for other Logistics Coordinators

Requirements

For this role we are looking for a professional with good communication skills and cultural awareness.

You are flexible, goal- and service-oriented, and well-organized.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English (B2 level); Dutch is highly preferred but not mandatory

• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Willingness to travel regularly between company sites (mainly Tilburg, with weekly travel to Delft and Schiphol)
