Role Summary

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Billing team in Galanta.
You will lead and develop a team responsible for billing operations, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team responsible for invoice generation, review, distribution, and query resolution.

• Be accountable for team member recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and skills training.

• Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.

• Oversee the entire regional billing cycle (Order-to-Cash), ensuring the accuracy, compliance, timeliness of all invoices and send reports for assigned entities regularly

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance regularly.

• Identify process bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

• Acting as a contact point for suppliers, internal customers and management.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Shared Service Center or financial operations environment, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role directly managing a team of 5+ people.

• English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

• Microsoft Office – Skillful
