What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll create exceptional buying experiences while building a strong and loyal customer base.
- Build lasting relationships and create customers for life
- Use a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right vehicle
- Develop in-depth knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, features, and technology
- Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with Sales Management to set and achieve performance goals
- Bring energy, accountability, and a winning attitude every day
