What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle solutions
- Deliver engaging product presentations and test drives
- Educate customers on financing, warranties, and available options
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers
- Stay up to date on inventory, manufacturer programs, and promotions
- Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Provide a seamless, customer-first experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed goals
- Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
