What You’ll Do

As a Quick Lane Technician, you’ll build a strong technical foundation while delivering efficient, high-quality service.

  • Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on vehicles
  • Test systems and components to ensure proper operation
  • Identify and isolate potential issues through basic diagnostics
  • Inspect and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and vehicle condition
  • Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and general service tasks
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to team members
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all work performed
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively

What You Bring

  • Basic automotive knowledge with a desire to grow your skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and repair procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • ASE Certification or technical training (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of service department experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
