Job Responsibilities

 

  • Act as the primary liaison for tenants and clients, ensuring responsive communication and alignment with service expectations.
  • Lead daily operations of soft services, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.
  • Strategically plan and manage property services, common area upkeep, and support functions.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess service adequacy, safety protocols, and maintenance needs.
  • Oversee housekeeping and pantry services, ensuring adherence to SOPs and defined standards.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping executives to refine workflows and implement best practices.
  • Train and brief staff on operational procedures and service benchmarks.
  • Manage tenant relationships and align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Develop site-specific housekeeping schedules and eco-friendly initiatives.
  • Analyze complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead landscape management, ensuring health and visual appeal of green zones.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of landscape upkeep across the property, ensuring consistent quality, health, and visual appeal of green spaces.
  • Monitor daily horticultural activities including lawn care, pruning, irrigation, pest control, and seasonal planting.
  • Prepares and manage annual budget for submission
