Administrative Assistant for Teaching and Learning

Minimum Qualifications:
--High School Diploma
--Previous experience in a office environment
--Previous experience with customer service
--Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, including typing
Duties:
Assists the Director of Teaching and Learning with grant and budget preparation, monitoring, and review
Processes and distributes all confidential state testing materials
General office management, including clerical assignments
Facilitates the Director of Teaching and Learning's readiness for meetings (e.g. preparation of speeches, notes and reviews of documents/correspondence, etc.)
Set up and cleanup for meetings
Assists with accreditation preparation- Assists with accreditation preparation
Coordinates professional learning events by registering staff, securing hotel accommodations, and manages redelivery plans
Processes payments for professional learning, distributes system credit cards, and reconciles monthly statements.
Facilitates the textbook adoption process by ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines.
Assist with coordinating committee reviews, manages vendor communications, and maintains accurate records and yearly updates throughout the adoption cycle.
Performs other duties as assigned
Salary and Benefits:
--230 day, full-time employment on the BCSS Class III Clerical Salary Scale
