Job Description
School Registrar for SY 26-27
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous in experience in Scheduling
- Previous in experience in Enrollment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Prior experience in a school setting
- Proficent computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
- Infinite Campus, FTE, Edgenuity
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to telephone, email, and faxed requests for records assistance from schools, departments and the public within a timely manner as defined by supervisor
- Assists with records storage, retrieval, and security
- Assists with the coordination of the destruction of inactive records according to approved retention schedules
- Maintains records and reports on a daily basis
- Performs enrollment activities (welcome tours, new student packets)
- Performs record keeping and general clerical functions
- Compiles student records. (e.g. birth certificates, immunization, etc.)
- Assists with creating master schedules
- Schedules students to courses in Infinite Campus
- Prepares reports and written materials. (e.g. report cards, attendance letters)
- Supports an overall positive school climate through collaboration and customer service
- Performs basic office tasks as needed by school
Performs other duties as assigned
Candidates will be selected for interview based on Minimium and Preferred Qualifications.
A minimum of three references must be included with application - one reference must be the most recent supervisor.
