Essential Functions
- Lead and Execute Projects: Initiate, plan, and manage complex healthcare and technology-focused projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to align goals, facilitate communication, and drive project execution.
- Monitor Performance and Mitigate Risk: Track project progress, identify risks or barriers, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Align project outcomes with organizational priorities, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate and Report Outcomes: Lead meetings, present project updates, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership on performance and improvement opportunities.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field required
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
Experience
- Typically requires 3+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within healthcare, technology, or operational environments
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar platforms)
- Experience applying project management methodologies, including Agile or hybrid approaches
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory standards, and data governance principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
