As part of our Fraud and Motor teams in Belfast, you’ll be involved in meaningful, high‑quality work within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on complex injury, fraud, and motor litigation matters for a wide range of clients; ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding setting. Responsibilities To handle a caseload of person injury, fraud and motor related claims, conduct legal research, case preparation, and drafting legal documents. Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators. Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation. Prepare court bundles and manage the filing of legal documents. Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system. Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression. Assist with the investigation of claims, including reviewing evidence such as CCTV footage, accident reports, and witness statements. Conduct legal research and prepare briefs for Solicitors. What will help you succeed in this role? Essential Previous experience working in a Legal environment / similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and using case management software. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience including insurance and litigation, preferably with some knowledge of personal injury, fraud and motor. Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland legal system and civil litigation process. What we offer?
