Overview Business Operations serves as a centralized business operations and enablement function that partners with business leaders to improve how work gets done, operationalize systems and processes, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The team acts as an internal business partner, helping stakeholders solve business challenges through structured problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, scalable ways of working, and disciplined execution. The Business Operations team supports initiatives ranging from project and program management to systems deployments, agency integrations, process optimization, business analysis, workflow redesign, operating models, playbooks, and organizational enablement. Team members work across multiple functions and business areas in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive efficiency, alignment, and operational excellence. Core Capability Areas Systems Deployments & Integrations: Supports the successful deployment, integration, optimization, and adoption of systems and platforms. This includes requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation support, systems integration, training, change enablement, and operationalization. Business Optimization & Enablement: Focuses on improving how the business works through process mapping, workflow optimization, business analysis, ways of working, operating models, POV development, playbooks, and scalable enablement solutions. Project and Program Management: Provides structured coordination and oversight to guarantee the successful completion of important initiatives. This includes governance, project plans, timelines, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination, executive status reporting, and cross-functional delivery leadership. Business Operations team members are aligned to a primary capability area while partnering cross-functionally across initiatives. Projects are staffed through a matrixed model based on business need, complexity, and abilities. This approach enables teams to combine project management, systems expertise, and business optimization skills. Together, they solve business problems and deliver outcomes. We are seeking a proactive, diligent, and analytical Manager, Business Transformation to join the Business Optimization & Enablement team. This role is responsible for driving initiatives that improve business processes, workflows, organizational effectiveness, and ways of working across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who enjoys analyzing business challenges, designing practical solutions, documenting processes, and helping teams operate more efficiently. The Manager will partner closely with the Business Operations team and business partners to lead business analysis, process improvement, workflow design, operating model initiatives, and organizational enablement efforts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and a passion for understanding how work gets done and how it can be improved. Responsibilities Lead business optimization and operational improvement initiatives across multiple business functions and teams Participate in collaborator interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and working sessions to understand business challenges, opportunities, and operational needs Gather, document, and organize information related to business processes, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process documentation, workflow diagrams, swim lane maps, and supporting materials Analyze business analysis to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement Partner in the development of operating models, governance frameworks, role clarity, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Create process maps, workflow documentation, RACI matrices, decision trees, and supporting operational materials Develop presentations, summaries, reports, and supporting materials for collaborator and leadership meetings Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks, SOPs, process documentation, and enablement resources Track action items, risks, dependencies, decisions, and implementation activities across initiatives Schedule meetings, working sessions, partner communications, and follow-up activities Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support business recommendations and solution development Review deliverables and documentation for quality, consistency, and accuracy Partner with team members to find opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness Maintain accurate project documentation and support ongoing optimization initiatives as needed Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information Experience with business analysis, process documentation, workflow analysis, or operational improvement initiatives Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information across collaborator groups Ability to understand business challenges and translate findings into clear documentation and actionable insights Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with evolving priorities Strong follow-through and accountability with a proactive approach Ability to learn new business processes, operating models, and organizational structures quickly Strong presentation development skills with the ability to create clear, organized, and visually polished materials Curiosity and a continuous improvement outlook with a desire to understand how organizations operate Functional Expertise– Business Optimization & Enablement Business analysis Process mapping and documentation Workflow analysis Current-state process documentation Future-state process design support Root cause analysis Business requirements gathering Ways of working (WoW) documentation Operating model design Governance documentation RACI development support Stakeholder coordination Workshop and meeting support Playbook and SOP development Organizational effectiveness support Continuous improvement methodologies Data gathering and analysis Executive presentation development Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project management, consulting, operational excellence, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, or related roles Experience supporting business optimization, workflow improvement, process redesign, organizational effectiveness, or operational initiatives Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, including presentation development, formatting, and visual organization Strong proficiency in Excel, including data organization, analysis, and reporting Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, or similar platforms preferred Experience in marketing, media, agency, consulting, professional services, or similarly complex organizations preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, solve problems, work collaboratively, and contribute to business outcomes Success in This Role Successful candidates will be recognized for their ability to bring structure to ambiguity, organize complex information, and support meaningful business improvements. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
