The North Plainfield School District, a culturally diverse school district in Somerset County serving 3,700 students Pre-K through grade 12, seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative professional for the position of Bilingual (English & Spanish) Language Arts teacher at North Plainfield Middle School.
For those still in the process of attaining certification, please know that the North Plainfield District is approved for participation in the NJDOE Limited Certificate Program which may allow you to work in a full time role as you complete your final certification requirement.
Qualifications Include:
- Teacher of English certification or Middle School with Subject Matter Specialization Grades 5-8 (English Language Arts)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- ESL certified preferred
Salary: $69,630 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum) commensurate with experience
