Custodian 2nd Shift - Full Time

The position is for a full time year round custodian, 2nd shift 40 hours a week. (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm)
Duties include: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping wax from floors, waxing floors, washing windows, cleaning restrooms, moving and setting up furniture and supplies, and related tasks.
Other duties include: raking leaves, cutting grass, trimming trees and shrubs, shoveling snow, spreading salt, using power equipment as needed and any tasks assigned by their supervisor.
Job Requirements: Applicant must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
The applicant must possess a valid driver's license and pass a drug and criminal background check. The applicant must also pass a post offer medical examination and pass any test or screening as required by law. He or she must possess a NJ state boiler operators license (Black seal) or greater or work to obtain license within the first 18 months of employment. The applicant must also show proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency.
