Interim Intensive Academic Special Education Teacher

West Hartford Public Schools seeks to fill a position for a full-time interim Intensive Academic Special Education Teacher at Conard High School. Must have strong experience in instructing students with significant cognitive delays. Must have the ability to manage and train support staff, and work collaboratively with general education teachers and the pupil services team. Knowledge of ABA therapy, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AIM, and AFLS preferred. Experience with ABA/DTI preferred. The anticipated end of the assignment for this position is through the end of the 25-26 school year.

Must hold appropriate CT Certification (165).
