You lead the development and governance of requirements management processes across all system levels for global products;
You define standard processes, methods, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality requirement definition, analysis, and documentation;
You support system definition in collaboration with engineering leads, promoting cross-product reuse where possible;
You partner closely with the Global System Architecture Manager and other Systems Engineering roles to align processes;
You monitor compliance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and automation of requirements processes;
