Job Description

  • Lead and manage the account team to achieve annual sales budgets and business growth objectives.
  • Create and maintain a motivated and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with appropriate personnel, skills, and training to support internal and external customer needs effectively.
  • Provide regular reporting to supervisors and ensure timely communication across the team and stakeholders.
  • Implement and support company-wide sales strategies.
  • Represent the Sales & Marketing function in cross-functional meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Promote effective communication and information sharing within the team and across departments.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes and standard work.
  • Ensure all team activities are aligned with the goals of the Sales & Marketing function, business units, and the broader organization.
