Purpose:
Ensure Facility Services are provided for safe, efficient, and functional operations of all WH sites.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Act as Team Lead for Facility Services Department
- Assign work orders to members of the Facilities Services Department
- Follow up on assigned work orders and inspect completed work
- Diagnose facility issues and find solutions
- Oversee and or perform small projects
- Proficient in Base Building Systems
- Perform maintenance to company facilities, i.e., Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, etc.
- Report to Facility Services Department Supervisor and or Manager on maintenance issues
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on facilities as assigned
- Complete work orders or any other tasks as assigned
- Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Respond to all “On Call” notifications and emergencies when assigned
- Relocate furniture and equipment as required
- Maintain effective communication and interact appropriately, effectively, and professionally with all members of our health care team, patients, and vendors
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the safety and welfare of our patients, staff, and visitors
- Assist in courier duties, housekeeping duties, or other duties when needed

Required:
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license
