Champion a strong safety culture across all field operations, reinforcing accountability in both union and open shop environments
Provide hands-on leadership to develop organizational capability, strengthen talent, and drive accountability across teams
Partner with senior leadership on long-term strategic planning, including market positioning, customer targeting, and business model evolution
