Technical Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE: To expand market and developing water/wastewater related EPC, BOT and SES projects outside Luzon. This candidate must have strong communication skills. He/She should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Monitor projects outside Luzon with Supervision of the BD Director - Work closely with BD Director in presenting the project to the management - Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand market in Luzon - Maintain existing business and generate more leads - Think critically when planning to assure project success 2. Update database of partners for EPC, BOT SES - Gathering and updating information of prospect partners. - Ensuring all necessary information should be in the database for easier. 3. Responsible for providing competition information in the market - Making list of the competitors - Gather all information of the competitor - Updating information of the database according to Projects, capacity, partner, budget, contract price, execution performance, etc. 4. Responsible for monitoring, updating and project development of the project pipeline. - Working closely with BD Director to strategically which project to follow. - Ensuring the updated data for proper monitoring of the project. - Gathering more information like competition, budget, partner etc 5.Responsible for doing weekly report, compilation of documents, liquidations, reimbursement related to cash advances from the company - Preparing weekly report to the BD Director. - Preparing monthly reimbursement, liquidation due to the company. - Compiling Documents from Partners, Clients and Consultants
