Experience/Skills:
- At least three years of professional experience preferred
- Current Safe Food Handler certificate
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• ServSafe® Certification, mastery of food production techniques.
• Principles and procedures for culinary equipment operation, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
• Ability to read, follow instructions and record information according to policies and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication in the English language.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Physical condition to tolerate standing for long periods: cutting, stirring, bending, reaching, climbing, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing up to 200 lbs.
• Regularly necessary to talk, hear, taste and smell. Specific vision requirements include distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Frequent exposure to hot & cold work areas, wet & humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and mildly abrasive chemicals.
