We are looking for a Dynamic Master Data Steward who is detail‑oriented, structured, and collaborative to join our BESS Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine‑l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of dynamic master data related to batch availability dates across the manufacturing lifecycle. You are going to translate operational reality into trusted SAP data, enabling reliable supply planning, informed decision‑making, and supply continuity in a regulated environment. You will act as a reference point for batch readiness and availability data at site level.
Who you will work with:
You will work closely with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Master Data teams. You are going to collaborate daily with operational stakeholders, acting as a trusted data partner who connects manufacturing reality with system data, while complying with UCB standards and GxP requirements.
What you will do :
- You will collect and assess operational inputs impacting batch release and availability timelines.
- You will maintain and update batch availability dates in SAP with accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
- You will review dynamic master data regularly to reflect operational reality and mitigate supply risks.
- You will communicate updated batch availability dates to Supply Planning and other stakeholders.
- You will support material master data, Bills of Material, and Production Versions in SAP.
- You will identify data inconsistencies and proactively propose improvement solutions.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience in Master Data Management, preferably in an industrial context.
- Previous exposure to SAP manufacturing or production environments is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership for data accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, regulated environment.
- Fluent in French written and spoken, English is a plus.
