Leasing Agent I/COS (Shelter Hill - 1460)

This position is for a full-time Leasing Agent I/COS to work at Shelter Hill, a 75-unit affordable family housing community in Mill Valley, CA. This is a HUD and SEC 8 property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. Tax credit and/or project-based Section 8 preferred. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $21.00 to $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 to $26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
