Adult Residential Support Professional - Full-Time Overnights

Lutheran Social Services seeks a full-time Adult Residential Support Professional (Male, 3rd Shift) for the Fahrman Center, a 42‑bed residential treatment facility. Schedule: Thursday- Sunda, 10 PM–8 AM. Responsibilities include supporting and monitoring residents, maintaining documentation, assisting with daily living tasks, administering or monitoring medications, responding to crises, and ensuring a safe environment. Requires HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and ability to work independently. Benefits include PTO, holidays, insurance, 403(b), and PSLF eligibility. LSS is an EOE.
