Job Description
Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure we meet or exceed quality and productivity targets Supervise the department’s performance as well as monitor and evaluate its systems and processes Work with employees and members of the Management Team to address and resolve issues and inquiries presented by plan sponsors, partners and their respective clients. Take an active role in identifying and supporting projects related to productivity enhancements and process improvements. Manage resources and capacity, including day to day tasks to support internal and external requirements Support the implementation of new requirements and services through system and process changes Work closely with and serve as an active member of the Leadership Team.
