Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

· Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility/account handled.

· Conducts In-Depth interviews, evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates. Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications

· In-charge of job offer contract management

· Prepares daily/weekly reports based on function and need

· Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company

· Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts

· Contribute in creating the strategic hiring plans which would help in attracting and recruiting best talent

· In-Charge of monitoring specific account/s whenever there would be hiring requirements. Acts as an Account POC

 

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field

· At least 1-year experience in recruitment, with experience in interviewing candidates.

· With demonstrable track record in achieving targets

· Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers)

· Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands

· Analytical and detail oriented

· Problem solver

· Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment

· Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office

· Strong command of English both oral and written

· Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements

· Team Player. Flexible and adaptable to change

· Candidate must be willing to work onsite in SM Sta. Rosa Laguna
