Technician

Job Description

• Responsible for the product quality in whole line or some stages of production line such as stain 1 & 2, washcoat, glaze/cowtail, sealer 1 & 2, dry brush, sealer 1, pad/shade, sealer 2, spatter/overall check, lacquer, final check
• Doing pre-production sample of some products if required
• Trouble shooting level on whole line to ensure the overall quality standards met
• Color matching & Finishing schedule & wet sample preparation
• Complete standard job requirement assigned by direct/next higher manager
• Support the peer to complete the tasks as required
• Communicate with customer’s line leader and internal reporting line with a proper manner
• Move to work in another production line or stages if required by direct supervisor
• Implement P&DD annually in qualified manner for self as supervisor’s direction
• Perform all assigned task with responsible attitude
• Other tasks assigned from line manager.

Job Requirement

• Experience at least 4 years in technical service and matching color and finishing schedule
• Communication in English/ Chinese preferred
• Result orientation,
• Self-motivation and initiative in working,
• Team player, good communication skills, Problem solving capability
