Maintain accurate and up-to-date spatial inputs to statutory mine plans to support compliance, emergency readiness, and operational decision-making.
Responsible for actively participating in knowledge-sharing, coaching, and on-the-job training, while working collaboratively with the Survey Superintendent or Senior Survey Specialist to develop personal development goals and uphold performance standards.
Adhere to established survey guidelines, standards, and procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

Execute survey tasks contributing to the reconciliation process, ensuring consistency between planned and actual spatial data.
Responsible for daily and weekly survey reporting, delivering up-to-date and high-quality spatial data to operational and planning teams.
Responsible for the maintenance of a fit for purpose Deswik Survey Master file that supports underground and surface mine planning activities, including a void model, all vertical and lateral development, topography, and drill hole data.
Prepare and contribute to monthly reporting requirements, ensuring survey data aligns with mine planning and production targets.
Identify, implement, and participate in survey-related business improvement initiatives to enhance precision, data turnaround, and system integration across the assigned block(s).
