We are seeking a Client Executive to join our dynamic Power & Renewable Energy team in Denmark. In this role, you will support and advise a portfolio of renewable energy clients and act as the primary relationship lead across renewals, placements and risk advisory—working closely with senior client stakeholders and Marsh specialists across the Nordics and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own senior client relationships and act as primary contact, with responsibility for budget, profitability and long-term account development.
- Provide risk management expertise to renewable energy clients and translate technical risk topics into clear, commercial advice.
- Contribute to growth through retention, cross-sell and new business activity in collaboration with internal specialists.
- Lead renewals and placements end-to-end: planning, data quality, market strategy, negotiation, placement governance and documentation.
- Run complex tenders/marketing exercises, including preparation of materials, comparison of offers, client reporting and placement.
What You Need To Have:
- Several years of relevant experience in insurance broking/underwriting/risk advisory, with proven responsibility for complex client portfolios, preferably with renewable energy.
- Strong knowledge of the Danish/Nordic renewable energy market and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- A structured, delivery-focused approach with strong project leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including client presentations and negotiation.
- Fluency in Danish and English; international program experience is highly desirable.
