Position Overview
As a member of the training leadership team, this individual will be a key player in developing and supporting the Tablo system. The Clinical Field Manager will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of the Outset Medical training programs. The CFM will manages clinical field specialists and their tactical support of sales and marketing efforts with a focus on clinical application and product training for Outset Medical. This includes providing product expertise to current customers and development of new accounts/users. Engages all levels of customer management/personnel in selling process. Manages product training for customers and sales agents, key presentations and demonstrations. Gather market intelligence and report on competitive activity. Build a positive and productive customer relationship and help develop, refine and focus the marketing efforts of the company. Effectively utilizing company resources to maximize sales and marketing efforts of the company.
Essential Job Functions
• Work closely with sales team to drive utilization of Tablo systems by building Tablo programs in the acute, chronic and home environment.
• Work closely with training, marketing and sales leadership to ensure proper allocation of training support and to develop a strategy to drive utilization of Tablo systems.
• Drive field efforts to achieve quarterly training and sales goals.
• Measure training effectiveness and implement enhancements as necessary
• Drive regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Develop training pathways and training programs to provide professional training guidance for new clinical field specialists, existing and new Tablo accounts
• Responsible for hiring, developing and evaluating new Tablo experts (Clinical Field Specialists). Manages the Tablo experts across market segments in order to support the development of Tablo programs in their assigned territory.
• Create resources for Tablo users, providing guidance and insight on the use of the Tablo systems.
• Documented record of delivering training/sales/ marketing information, which adds value to management’s decision-making process.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation, sales, interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and relevant applications.
Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• Five+ years of Training/Professional Education experience
• Demonstrated ability to work cross departmentally and with external parties to achieve training goals
