Job Responsibilities / 工作職責

• Support daily EHS, Quality, and Logistics operation management to achieve material receiving, issuing, and warehouse operation targets.
  支援每日 EHS、品質與物流作業管理，以達成原物料收發料與倉庫營運目標。

• Manage daily operations of the Raw Material Receiving, Issuing, and Import/Export teams, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with procedures.
  負責原物料收貨、發料及進出口團隊的日常運作管理，確保作業順暢並符合作業規範。

• Oversee the performance of on-site warehouse and external warehouses, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and consistency between physical stock and system records.
  管理並追蹤本廠倉庫與各外部倉庫（外倉）之作業績效，確保庫存正確性、作業效率及帳務一致性。

• Act as the primary communication and coordination interface between the plant warehouse and external warehouses to resolve logistics issues and abnormalities in a timely manner.
  擔任本廠倉庫與外倉之主要溝通與協調窗口，即時處理物流異常及收發料相關問題。

• Coordinate closely with production lines to align material flow, production schedules, and priorities, ensuring smooth production execution and timely material support.
  與各生產產線密切協調，整合物料供應、產線排程與作業優先順序，確保產線順暢運作與即時物料支援。

• Manage internal logistics production activities, including manpower planning, daily output control, capacity allocation, and task prioritization, to support production and delivery commitments.
  負責物流部門本身之生產管理，包含人力規劃、每日產能與產出控管、資源配置及作業優先順序管理，以支援產線需求與交期達成。

• Monitor production and logistics status, and flexibly adjust operation plans based on changes in production demand, material availability, or urgent requirements to minimize production impact.
  監控產線與物流運作狀況，並依據生產需求變動、物料狀態或緊急需求，彈性調整物流與作業計畫，降低對生產之影響。

• Support operator management to ensure workforce stability, discipline, and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  支援作業員管理，確保人員穩定度、紀律及標準作業流程（SOP）之落實。

• Be actively involved in shopfloor operations to support daily execution, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with ME/MT and cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
  深入現場（Shopfloor）支援日常作業，主動協助解決收發料與倉儲問題，並與 ME／MT 及相關單位共同進行原因分析與預防改善。

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SCM, Production, and Quality (QS) to achieve daily logistics and warehouse operation targets.
  與 SCM、生產及品質（QS）等跨部門密切合作，以達成每日物流與倉庫營運目標。

• Support the team in achieving departmental KPIs, including EHS, Quality, OTS, IRA, and other performance indicators.
  支援團隊達成部門 KPI，包括 EHS、Quality、OTS、IRA 等績效指標。

• Drive Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives to enhance logistics processes, warehouse efficiency, operational stability, and overall team performance.
  推動持續改善（CIP）活動，提升物流流程、倉儲效率、作業穩定度及整體團隊績效。

Job Qualifications / 任職資格

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Production line, logistics, warehouse, or packing line operations (any one of the above).
  具備 5 年以上產線、物流、倉庫或包裝線（任一項）管理經驗。

• Basic English communication skills to collaborate with global sites or cross-region teams.
  具備基本英文溝通能力，可與海外據點或跨區團隊合作。

• Experience in Continuous Improvement (CIP) with the ability to lead improvement activities or projects.
  具備持續改善（CIP）經驗，能主導改善活動或相關專案。

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  具備良好的溝通、協調與問題解決能力。

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, willing to take challenges and drive results.
  態度積極主動，具高度責任感，願意接受挑戰並推動成果。
