Senior Associate Transactions & Processing

Senior Associate Transactions & Processing role provides a standard and consistent method for involving the master servicer making advances or servicing advances to the Trust and the monitoring those advances relative to the appraised value of the property. It entirely deals upon Borrower requests that requires the consent of Lender to make required modifications on the subject loan. The Master Servicer ensures to approve the consents of Borrower after reviewing various loan documents and submits them to Special Servicer and Asset Managers using standardized templates. Overall Summary and Recommendations are provided which briefs out the significant terms of Borrower request in Recommendation Memo.
